Street Photography to me is

an umbrella term for photojournalism and photo documentary work. I shoot street photography because I feel like I have to. There is and has been *no* other medium that has made me feel more connected to the human experience like street photography.

Traveling.

In 2024, I was fortunate enough to afford to solo travel around Europe for a month. With only a few pairs of clothing, my cameras and one too many film rolls, I captured what I saw and experienced through my lens.

The key aspect of my street work is the relationship between people and the geometry that surrounds them.

Colour? Black and White?

I use colour sparingly in my street work. Sometimes, colour is not necessary to make my point clear. Sometimes, colour has no reason to be in a photograph, and sometimes, it does.
